Global Resources Launch

Nepal On-the-Job Training
Nepal has made an important contribution to addressing training needs for postabortion care. PAC On-The-Job Training, an alternative training approach, was introduced and pilot tested and found to be very effective in producing trained human resource within the institution with minimal support from trainers without compromising quality, was cost effective, and did not disturb the daily routine work at the health facility.
